How to Update Gallery Settings

Navigate To  Gallery

1. Login to TheWebConsole

2.  From the left side menu click Gallery and choose Default Settings.

 

Gallery Settings

1. Once the Gallery Default Settings screen opens you will be given the options to set the default settings for your galleries. You will be prompted with the below fields:

  • Site Template - This is the site template that will be used don't the gallery pages.

  • Pop-up Template - This is the design template you wish your gallery to follow, we recommend using templates under the “Responsive” heading.

  • List Page Template - This is the design template you wish your listing page for gallery to follow, we recommend using templates under the “Responsive” heading.

  • Default Listing Sort Order - Here you can define the default listing order for your Galleries listing page.

  • Images per row - You have the option to choose how many images will display per row, for a standard gallery we recommend 3-4.

  • Rows per page - You can also choose how many rows will display on a page, for a standard gallery we recommend up to 10.

  • Thumbnail Width - You can manually configure the gallery to display in your required size, for a standard gallery we recommend keeping the size around 300x300

  • Thumbnail Height  - You can manually configure the gallery to display in your required size, for a standard gallery we recommend keeping the size around 300x300

  • Show related galleries - If you have galleries of a related type you can choose to display them along with the gallery in question.

  • Commenting - Here you have the options to allow for users to leave comments on your gallery images.

  • Watermark - Here you can set a watermark to be displayed over your gallery images

  • Watermark Position - Here you can define where the image watermark will display over your image.

  • Password protect page - You will have the option to password protect the gallery.

 

2. Once you have entered all of the settings click the blue Save Gallery Settings button located at the bottom of the screen.
