Viewing sent SMS campaign reports

When you send your SMS campaigns, the system will immediately begin generating reports on the campaign. This includes the successful sends, replies and any unsubscribes. By viewing your SMS campaign reports, you will get a better idea of how well your SMS campaigns are working, and whether you need to make any changes to your techniques.

To view your SMS campaign report:

1. When you are logged into your Database Marketing account, click on SMS Campaigns and then Campaign List.
2. Click View next to the SMS Campaigns whose report you wish to view.
3. You can see how many recipients received your SMS, how many failed and how many replies or unsubscribes you had. You can view the details of any of these fields by clicking on the blue text next to them.
