BUG FIXES - System - Contact exports fail if address state has garbage characters we have stopped it failing if there is corrupted date in address state field
- System: Fixed issue with file uploader breaking when using same form multiple times

- Blog - Fixed issue with RSS not auto refreshing with new future scheduled posts.
- Events - Fixed an issue with event registration sending confirmation email twice - was generally happening when the client registered a user from the back end.
