If we host your email you are able to log into the mail server directly to access your emails. We do recommend that you use a program such as Outlook to download the emails from the server instead of logging directly into Webmail, but if you do need to view your emails through Webmail you can follow the steps below:

• To log into Webmail go to webmail.[yourdomain] for example webmail.thewebconsole.com
• You will be prompted to login with a username and password. The username is your email address and the password is the password associated with that email address.
• Once you have logged in click on the mail menu item on the left hand side and if you have any mail it will be displayed for you.
