Viewing Submissions from an Online Form

Once you have created an online form using the Form Builder, you will need to view the submissions.

To view submissions:

1. When you are logged in to your website account, click on Form Builder. You will then see the Forms screen
2. Click on View Submission next to the Form Name submission you wish to view. The submission responses will appear in the Form Submission table. You can search for a form by using the Search Value search, below
   
3. To view individual data related to a particular submission, click the View Email link. You will see the popup window, below
