Prepare for Your Domain Transfer

If you own a domain and wish to transfer it to another provider, you can ensure a smooth and hassle-free transfer by following these steps: 

Part 1 

Please identify who currently hosts your domain. If you need assistance with this, follow the method below: 

1. Go to https://www.whois.com/whois/ 
2. In the search field, enter your domain name and click on the search button. 
3. The results page will display various information about your domain. 
4. Scroll down to the “Registrar Information” section. 
5. The registrar mentioned there is usually your domain host. 

Part 2  

Contact your current domain host and request the EPP (Extensible Provisioning Protocol) code for your domain. 

• The EPP code is a unique authorisation key that confirms you have the right to transfer the domain. 

Part 3 

Once you have obtained the EPP code from your current domain host, simply provide it to us during your onboarding call.
