Domain Redirection

Hi [First Name],

In order to set your site live we will need to ensure that the A Record / Nameservers attached to your domain is directing internet traffic to the two data centres that host your website.

We did a quick search, and your domain is registered with [registrar] with the contact [whois contact name]. There are two options we can proceed from to take care of this step:

Option 1
Have your IT contact point the Nameservers of your domain to ns1.thewebconsole.com and ns2.thewebconsole.com (Preferred)

Have your IT contact point the A-Record to 202.131.94.139.

Option 2
Supply me with your account login details and I will take care of the redirect for you.

Note: This process will take down your current website so we usually wait until you are ready to go live before we do it. Also, there can be a 24 to 48 hour delay before the change is visible on the internet, so your website may not appear immediately
