Add your XML Sitemap to Google
In order to find all the pages in your website, Google's spiders will follow all the links in the content of your website. Google may not be able to find each page if there isn’t a text link to it.
One way to help this process along is with your XML Sitemap. A sitemap is a file we automatically make for your website that lists all the pages in your website. It is located at http://yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml
To tell Google about it, you can;
- Create a Google webmaster account
- In Google Webmaster Tools, click on "Optimisation" and then "Sitemaps"
- Click on the button "Add/Test Sitemap" and paste the URL to your sitemap in the text field.
