- Removed ability for seller to edit the Reseller Wholesale cost for their products
- Fixed bug with not saving date custom fields in events
- Added a header type so for client repo so you can now open the files properly rather than just saving them to open them

- Fixed catalogue so you cant make a category the child of of it's own child, or the parent of its parent
- Added dateInvoiceSent to invoices and set it when invoices are sent to clients for sellers
- Added the date the invoice was sent to the client invoices page for sellers
