- Upgraded stats to run more efficiently
- Added a shipped date label to shop order view

- Added the ability to have documents grouped in a submenu without appearing in that sub menu

- Added the currency conversions to the shop invoices, and removed tax amounts for discounts
- Made relative shop items box stretch for the shop templates
- Fixed bug with not finding shop customer if linked to from shop order
