- Removed the radio buttons from admanager apply campaigns, and html area appy campaigns as they were unnecessary
- Fixed apply to all image in admanager apply campaigns, and html area appy campaigns
- Moved bounceLog table from bluehype_library to system database

- Added an admin backend for tracking version releases

- Created a field type of 'service' & 'product' in the Basic Shopping Cart to allow the items to display differently in the custom form
- Made the custom form link to the payment gateway of choice
